About This Video A collaboration between Dead Gentlemen Productions and Zombie Orpheus Entertainment, this fan-funded series has thrilled and entertained audiences since 2010. Following the adventures of Perf, a dyslexic wizard, Nara, an elf seeking the destiny she is owed, Carrow, a cleric with a minor death problem, and Glorion, a fighter who mistakes slaughter for bravery, this first season introduces the stakes—a foul-mouthed sword of destiny who wants a new owner—that will escalate into a major power struggle in seasons two and three. Featuring Dead Gentlemen's trademark combination of laugh-out-loud humor and sympathetic characters, this season investigates the idiosyncrasies of the orcish language, exactly how bards get the drop on the best stories, and the best way to beat a trap-ridden dungeon. This uninterrupted cut of the show presents the story as the creators intended. Seasons One and Two are currently available on Steam through HD streaming. Season Three is currently funding on Kickstarter and is slated to begin production in April of 2016. 7aa9394dea Title: JourneyQuest Season OneProduction:Zombie Orpheus Entertainment, Dead Gentlemen Productions, Kairos ProductionsDistributor:Zombie Orpheus EntertainmentRelease Date: 1 Oct, 2010Country: United StatesVideo Resolution: 1080p(1.8GB)Aspect Ratio: 16:9Audio: StereoRunning Time: 47 minutes JourneyQuest Season One Download] [Torrent] A must see for any D&D or Pathfinder fan! This webseries is done by the same people who made "The Gamers", "The Gamers: Dorkness Rising", and "The Gamers: Hands of Fate". Unlike the Gamers series, which focuses on depicting the payers' characters as they play through a Dungeons and Dragons Campaign and the players themselves in the real world, JourneyQuest is a completely fantasy world setting which follows Perf a screwup wizard who does not want to be on the quest at all and the rest of his party as they seek a magical sword to overthrow the evil kings.Full of gaming humor, and hilarious high jinks.. Wow, I bought this on a whim and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Since I love 'comedy fantasy' I guess I'm the customer they where aiming for but even with that in mind I would say it's good value for most people and especially if bought at a sale like I did.Without giving to much away on the plot I guess Terry Pratchett's Discworld is what comes to mind when trying to describe what the makers of this series have gotten most of their inspiration from and it's a solid choice to be inspired by if you ask me.After watching the ~45 min first season I immediatly bought the second which I guess speaks volumes on just how impressed I was. I will most likely get season three when it arrives at the end of this year (if all goes to plan).. Hilarious--and surprisingly star-studded, as casts go, including people fans of Joss Whedon might recognize...The humor lands best if you're a fan of the fantasy genre, but even if you aren't especially, it works as a parody nonetheless. Doubly so if you're a role-player.. Best $1.19 I have ever spent! Hilarious independent series. Made me laugh and smile through the entire 47 minutes! I will be looking forward to season 2! Worth much more than $2!!!(After doing some research I discovered you can watch all of these episodes and more on Youtube, shame, but I hope my $1.19 went to support future projects from this company.). Seen it already on YouTube.Got the DVD from a previous Kickstarter*Bought it here to show support for a fabulous show.* incidentally there's currently just 1 day left to fund season three... https:\/\/kck.st\/1ntDn7i Nod kelled fokkad ka....**~ ONWARD! ~(always with the shouting)** Orcish for "My atrocity knife is ready to kill."Just in case you were wondering :). Absolutely brilliant series which I would recommend to anyone. Onward!. This series not only had the wife and I rolling around, but the kids go around repeating a bunch of lines as well. I really enjoyed their Gamers: Dorkness Rising - but JQ has a bit more spit and polish to it.. I've watched JourneyQuest for the first time years ago, and I instantly fell in love with it. At first glance it's merely an extremely well written fantasy\/comedy series. Pay attention however, and you'll notice an incredible attention to detail in the world building and the acting. The first season is a bit short and not quite as epic as the second one, but it's still incredible. Strongly recommended to anyone who likes fantasy.
